Joe Bartos Head Coach, Defensive Coordinator, Defensive Backs
This is Coach Bartos' ninth season with Flyers Football. Bartos is also an assistant in the weight room. He is the fifth grade STEAM teacher at Lindbergh Elementary. He graduated from Park Center Senior High School where he was a two-sport letter winner in Football and Tennis. He earned his degree from the University of Minnesota - Morris where he was a three-year letter winner as a cornerback. He is passionate about football because its a physical expression of what he values: commitment, character, achievement, competition, and strategy. The greatest influences in his life have been his family, church, and experiences as a football player and coach. Coach Bartos lives in Little Falls with his wife, three children and their dog.

Wesley Waytashek Offensive Coordinator
This is Coach Waytashek’s fifth season with Flyers Football. Waytashek Is an '09 graduate of Little Falls High School where he was a three-sport letter winner in Football, Hockey, and Track. He earned his degree at Augsburg University (Div III) where he played Football (WR,DB,K) and Hockey. He also spent 4 seasons as an assistant coach/assistant special teams coordinator at Augsburg University working with the Defensive Backs, Kickers, and Punters. Football has always been a passion. The life lessons you learn throughout the game really develops boys into men. Wesley currently lives in St. Cloud with his wife, daughter and their two dogs.

Coach Sinclair graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School where he lettered in football, basketball, and track & field. He earned his degree from Southwest State where he played tight end. He's coached at Southwest State, Osseo Senior High School, Jefferson High School, St. Olaf College, and Little Falls. He enjoys how football brings people together through a shared sense of team spirit and camaraderie. Additionally, the sport's strategic complexity and the display of skill by players on the field add an extra layer of excitement, He loves the tactical intricacies of play-calling by coaches, the execution of plays, and the individual talents that contribute to the overall experience of coaching football. His greatest influences are his wife, parents, children and high school teammates. He lives in Little Falls with his wife and three children.
